Role & Responsibility (R&R)

As a Senior Executive in Digital Marketing for our Personal Care & Cosmetics division, you will lead and strategise the digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that align with our consumer products' goals and market needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative departments, you will drive integrated marketing strategies that leverage data-driven insights and emerging digital trends.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies targeting diverse consumer segments.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and display networks to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance data to refine marketing tactics and improve engagement.
  • Lead the development of compelling content and creative digital assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to increase online visibility and organic traffic to our websites.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners to enhance campaign execution and technical capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and corporate objectives across all digital marketing activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Monitor budgetary allocations and provide regular reporting to senior management on campaign outcomes and strategic insights.

This role involves a regular working schedule based at our Ploenchit location, where you will be an integral part of the dynamic Consumer Products division within the Mitr Phol Sugar Corporation. Proficiency in English at an intermediate level is necessary for communication within the global team and with external partners.

Education

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles and consumer behaviour. Educational qualifications should be complemented by substantial practical experience in digital marketing within the personal care or cosmetics sector.

  • Possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree focusing on Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in digital marketing, analytics, and emerging technologies will be highly regarded.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable success in brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills supported by formal education that enables data-driven decision-making.
