Role & Responsibility (R&R)
- Achieve assigned export sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand international markets.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels and business opportunities across global markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product development and successful product launches.
- Plan and implement sales promotion activities to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance to develop effective action plans.
- Manage sales profitability by optimizing revenue, pricing, and operational costs.
- Support distributors and business partners in achieving sustainable growth aligned with the company's business direction.
- Represent and promote the company's brand professionally in both domestic and international business environments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analyses for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, International Marketing, Chinese, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export sales, international business, B2B sales, or related fields. (Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.)
- Good command of English for business communication (spoken and written).
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel overseas for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Understanding of international sales, B2B business development, and distributor management.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), international payment methods, and export logistics.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
