Role & Responsibility (R&R)

  • Achieve assigned export sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand international markets.
  • Identify and establish new distribution channels and business opportunities across global markets.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new product development and successful product launches.
  • Plan and implement sales promotion activities to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance to develop effective action plans.
  • Manage sales profitability by optimizing revenue, pricing, and operational costs.
  • Support distributors and business partners in achieving sustainable growth aligned with the company's business direction.
  • Represent and promote the company's brand professionally in both domestic and international business environments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analyses for management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, International Marketing, Chinese, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in export sales, international business, B2B sales, or related fields. (Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.)
  • Good command of English for business communication (spoken and written).
  • Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.
  • Understanding of international sales, B2B business development, and distributor management.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), international payment methods, and export logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
