Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with advertising agencies and business partners to ensure smooth brand communication and maximize campaign deliverables.
Content Creation & Production

On-site Production & Shooting: Plan and execute end-to-end on-site content creation, including managing field shoots, capturing event atmospheres, and handling the entire post-production workflow to deliver high-quality, ready-to-use assets.

Video Production: Lead the video editing process for both short-form (Reels, TikTok, vertical formats) and long-form videos. Apply basic motion graphics and color grading to ensure alignment with the brand’s visual direction.

Graphic Design: Design standard marketing visuals, infographics, and layouts (including typography and composition) for both static and motion content across various marketing channels.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications (MarCom) or as a Content Creator.

Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro), Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Preferred: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with basic production equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, smartphones for shooting, and basic lighting/audio setups).
