Role & Responsibility (R&R)
• Plan and execute international sales and business development strategies in line with assigned targets
• Research, analyze, and monitor international market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and business representatives
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing and Logistics
• Prepare documents related to international sales, such as quotations, sales contracts, and basic export documentation
• Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management
• Participate in international trade fairs, business negotiations, or promotional activities (if any)
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Knowledge / Skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Packaging Technology and Materials, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or product development (experience in polymers will be an advantage)
Knowledge / Skills
• Good command of English (spoken, reading, and writing); a TOEIC score above 650 will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales presentation skills
• Solid understanding of markets, products, customer segments, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop business strategies
• Knowledge and understanding of export processes and international trade
