Role & Responsibility (R&R)
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners at Mitr Phol to ensure smooth delivery of sugar products, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce overall group costs.
This includes proactive communication with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to resolve any potential issues. - Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to order processing within Mitr Phol systems such as SAP and Order to Cash (O2C) platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
This entails maintaining proper records and timely data entry to support operational efficiency. - Engage in initial negotiation and problem-solving when unexpected issues or unnecessary expenses arise.
The role requires critical assessment skills to minimize costs and propose feasible solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Support marketing communication efforts and brand management initiatives by liaising with the marketing department to ensure customer feedback and market trends are integrated into service improvements.
- Contribute to product management and data analysis activities related to sales and marketing strategies, including the preparation of reports that inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with analytics teams to interpret customer focus metrics and digital performance indicators. - Utilise digital tools effectively to streamline service delivery and enhance innovation within customer relations processes.
Continuous learning and application of new technologies to improve operational workflows are essential. - Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring that staff decisions support exceptional service levels and positive customer experiences.
Education
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration – with a focus on operational management, marketing, or related disciplines that foster a strong understanding of organisational processes and customer relations.
- Logistics – providing knowledge of supply chain management, distribution networks, and inventory control necessary for efficient product delivery and cost management.
- Any other related field – including studies that develop skills in strategic marketing, business analytics, or customer service excellence.
Additional qualifications and desirable attributes include:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, to facilitate accurate and timely data processing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external clients.
