Experience
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s manpower plan.
- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality talent at optimal cost.
- Partner with business units to analyze workforce demand and formulate annual recruitment plans.
- Lead proactive recruitment initiatives, including external talent sourcing and executive recruitment.
- Enhance and manage recruitment channels, selection tools, hiring systems, and employee onboarding processes for maximum effectiveness.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s image in the talent market.
- Leverage recruitment data and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency and candidate/hiring manager experience.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, quality standards, and relevant labor laws.
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure operations align with approved plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or a related field.

10 - 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition function.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
